Babkin Charters Website

Brad & Alex from Babkin Charters used to get mixed feedback on their old website – older clientele loved it, younger clientele thought it needed modernizing.

They came to us with a brief to create a new modern website that didn’t lose the feel of the old one.

The OTC team rose to the challenge and designed a new mobile-friendly website. We retained the photographic backgrounds and color palette from their old website, but completely revised the structure, navigation, fonts and page layouts.

They’re happy with the end result and judging by the feedback they receive, so are their clients!

Cashion Gilmore Website

Anchorage law firm, Cashion Gilmore, specializes in trial and appellate work, dispute resolution, strategy & advice.

Partner John, approached OTC with a brief for a simple and professional-looking website to give their firm a good online presence.

The OTC team planned and organized the new website so it contained all the necessary information and was easy to navigate. Meanwhile, the Cashion Gilmore team had a professional photographer set up a photoshoot in their office. Once they passed the images along to us we were able to use them to put the finishing touches to their website.

Blazy Construction Website

Blazy Construction, a family-owned and operated general contractor, has been building in Alaska since 1959.

They have recently expanded operations to include a Hawaii Office and have now completed projects all over the states of Alaska and Hawaii as they continue to grow.

Blazy had some amazing professional photography of their projects, so it was a pleasure for the OTC team to design and build them a website that not only showcases major projects as a feature slider on the Index page, but also uses them as backgrounds and scene-setting imagery throughout.

Alaska Pavement Maintenance - Website Portfolio

Alaska Pavement Maintenance Co. Website

Alaska Pavement Maintenance Co. is an Anchorage Commercial & Residential Paving & Asphalt Maintenance Contractor. Additionally in Winter, they offer a 24-hour commercial snow plowing service.

Part owner Melissa approached us to make them a very simple rebuild of their old website for under $5000. She was very clear that the new website needed to be as simple and uncluttered as possible, with a modern look that worked on all devices.

They also needed a Bid Request form that gives users the ability to upload 3 to 4 photos of their potential job.

OTC designed and developed a simple new website to their specifications and their goals were achieved. Another happy customer!

Alyeska Website Portfolio - Main Page

Alyeska Landscape Professionals Website

Alyeska Landscaping Professionals is mostly a commercial Landscaping company with a few residential clients in Girdwood.  Owner Josh takes pride that he is one of the few trained certified arborists in Alaska. His secret talent is his ability to transplant local trees and replant them on properties all over the Anchorage area.

Josh approached OTC because he needed to update his aging website.   We polished up the design.  As well as adding several new pages and sprucing up & enhancing all the page layouts. All to reflect the business as of 2020, not 2014.

He also needed a little help fixing an incorrect Google Maps listing.  These listings can be pretty mind-numbing to adjust in Alaska. Especially if there is some kind of conflict or duplicate. But despite the details, we got it taken care of a couple of weeks after we started.

Look forward to working on more Google SEO (Search Engine Optimization) with Josh in 2021.  First things first, we will look at how we are doing for all the “important keywords” and then make a “TO-DO list” based on priority and budget.
