The OTC team thinks their home town of Girdwood, Alaska is a pretty special place. Sadly, until a few years ago, there wasn’t a single online presence that showcased our beloved town and provided useful information to residents and potential visitors.

Having identified the need for a website for all things Girdwood, we got together with a few like-minded individuals to design one. The vision was for a go-to resource that would serve locals and visitors alike.

Today, not only is girdwood.com number one in Google with a growing total of over 4000 visitors monthly, it is also recognized as the number one resource for our town. Problem solved!

Greer Tank Website

Greer Tank has been fabricating tanks for commercial, residential and industrial needs since the early 1950s.

Greer Tank wanted a website that gave customers detailed product and service information while also giving a deeper insight into their business and philosophies. Of particular importance was showcasing the history and growth of their company and making sure visitors can see they are still growing and getting stronger.

The team at OTC planned an easy to navigate and well-organized structure, then built a beautifully designed website that included customer resources such as tank volume calculators, a download library, and a simple request-a-quote form.

Quick Draw Website

Quick Draw Window Cleaning had a problem. They loved their brand, story, and western aesthetic, but their old, static, one-page website wasn’t Google or mobile-friendly.

The team at OTC went to work and reorganized their information into a simple and easy-to-navigate, mobile-friendly five-page website. The new website not only retains the story and brand they love but actually enhances it.

At their request, we included a handy calculator so customers could estimate the cost of having windows cleaned at their house or business. Simple, fundamental Google work completed the process.

Seward Real Estate Website

The brief from Seward Real Estate was for a simple website that puts all Seward-area residential real estate listings front and center.

The OTC team designed a website that includes an easy-to-view IDX Grid feed on their home page with a property search bar right at the top.

Their other request was to provide a comprehensive set of tools and resources for buyers and sellers. We created a section for buyers that includes advice on the process, a mortgage calculator, and a list of finance providers. The separate sellers section includes a house valuation request form, a guide to the listing and selling process, and useful article links.
