.....................................................................................................................

Neutral Mental Health Professional
My understanding of healthy relationships and positive communication skills, along with my experience working with family dynamics, provides me with the skills needed to assist the divorcing couple as they navigate the emotional aspects of making decisions for themselves and their family. I will facilitate communication in meetings and assist the clients in negotiating the terms of their co-parenting and custody agreements.

Child Specialist
My understanding of the impact of divorce on children as well as their developmental needs provides me with the skills required to assist the divorcing couple in making sure they are attending to what is in their children’s best interest as they make decisions related to co-parenting and custody.

Divorce Coach
As a Coach, I provide education and support to one individual, not the couple, as they work through their collaborative divorce. My role is to assist them in identifying their personal goals, developing coping skills to help them through the divorce process, and educate them on communication skills that can facilitate a productive process.

My role in Collaborative Law differs from my role as a Counselor, in that I am not providing a diagnosis of any kind, nor am I providing mental health treatment. In addition, I cannot bill insurance for these services.
